PRE-OPENING INSPECTION. FACILITY WILL BE ALLOWED TO OPEN ONCE APPLICATION AND FEE FOR THE LICENSE IS PAID.
NO VIOLATIONS WERE NOTED. FACILITY WILL BE USING THE HOSE BIB CONNECTION IN THE BACK DROP OFF AREA ON THE BACK SIDE OF THE MALL NEXT TO THE JCPENNYS STORE. FACILITY WILL BE USING THE SEWER CLEANOUT FOR WASTE DISPOSAL IN THE DROP OFF BAY AROUND THE CORNER FROM THE MALL ENTRANCE TO THE COMMISSARY STORE. |
